Chocolate Chip Cheese Squares

2 rolls chocolate chip refrigerator cookies                                         

1 cup chopped walnuts

Topping

2 eight ounce pkgs cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs

Soften cream cheese to room temperature.  Add sugar, vanilla and eggs.  Beat until smooth. 

Grease and flour 13x9x2 inch pan.

Cut one cookie roll thin and layer bottom of pan. 
Spread cream cheese mixture over cookies.  Sprinkle nuts over filling.
Cut second cookie roll and place layer of these cookies on the top of nuts. 
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
