	Gabriel’s Wings                           $30 Instructor: Laura This lacey little neck shawl is knit from one skein of sock yarn. We used Kureyon Sock yarn but the possibilities are endless. Or use a heavier weight yarn and knit a larger shawl. Good for the advanced beginner who wants to learn lace knitting. Sun.        7/25   8/8                        3-5pm

	Continental Knitting Workshop         $15 Instructor: Laura Have you wanted to learn the continental method of knitting? Here’s your chance. Sign up for one or more sessions; it takes practice to switch. Technique Classes
	Intro to Entrelac                                $50 Instructor: Laura Learn the magic of Entrelac (lattice knitting). You will complete a felted drawstring pouch while perfecting your Entrelac technique. Must be able to knit and purl with confidence. Yarn, pattern and leather cords are included in class fee. 	Hairpin Lace                                   $15 Instructor: Bev This Victorian crochet technique looks fresh and modern in today's beautiful fibers.  Make a scarf on the portable HPL loom and learn basic skills including casting on, creating and connecting strips, and finishing options. You must be able to attend the first session. Then attend either the second or third session to learn how to finish your scarf. Or, attend all three sessions. 	Knitting the Perfect Gauge Swatch    $15 Instructor: Laura Learn the importance of gauge swatching and how to do it. We’ll explore the concept of gauge and then review the swatch you bring to class.  Laura  will answer all your questions on this mysterious topic and we’ll have some fun too. 	Many Cast On Methods                     $20 Instructor: Laura There are at least one dozen or more cast on methods. Learn how to do them and more importantly, understand when (or when NOT) to use them. Sat.          8/7                                 2-4pm
